I've been searching all over for ankle length leggings for tall women. Before I brought these, I wasted money on leggings that were 5Xs the price, barely touched my ankles and so-so for fit. I'm tall (6') and these leggings from Newport fit long on me and make the legs look shapely. I love them! And the material is wonderful to wear under short skirts.

I like to think of myself as a legging expert and these are by far the best i have ever purchased. They are thick and if you buy the right size, fit you like a glove. I am tall and curvy (5'10, sz. 14) and the large fits me so well I cant even believe it. The ankle opening is small, but that works for me because my calves are relatively small in relation to the rest of my leg. Leggings are always too big and loose at the ankle and in the calf with other leggings but not with these. I will be buying several more pairs as soon as they get my size and color back in stock!

I wear leggings everyday, after work, or on weekends when I want to relax, but still look good. I have been trying to find long leggings that were the perfect texture, not too thin nor too thick. These were just about perfect, and purchasing the tall was the best choice for me, even though I am 5'4", since I like leggings long and sometimes a little "bunched" at the ankle. I wear them with Uggs, or with flats when weather is warmer. These are a deep true black with just the right amount of spandex. They have not stretched out at the knees like many do, and I would buy more if not for the high shipping and handling charges at NN. Wish I would have purchased several with my first order, but wanted to see if I would find them acceptable. It's always a challenge when purchasing things on line.

I was looking for tall leggings and ordered two pair of these. I was a little concerned about the 31" length not being long enough because I am 5'10". They fit perfectly and the quality is really good for the $10 price. I ordered two more pair from the Newport News site because they had more color choices in the tall sizes.

I have owned two pairs of these for about two years and just pulled them out again for autumn. I ordered long to be sure they were long enough and, with a 30-32 inch inseam, they are a little too long, but that gives them a somewhat Indian style! I am about to order a few more colors since I cannot seem to find tights that are thick enough fabric--everything is just too flimsy for even twice the price of these leggings.
